As part of our preparations for our Remembrance Service, Year 5 worked with Miss Dickinson to create a remembrance video. They used the free app, Sketches School, to design their own poppy. They looked at different tools and techniques they could use to draw their poppies on their iPads. Miss Dickinson then created a Keynote presentation and animated all of the children’s poppies. The silent video, which lasts 2 minutes from the first child drawn poppy falling, was used as part of Year 5’s Remembrance Service today in school.
