Number Day

As part of NSPCC Number Day, we played lots of new games to try to help us learn our times tables. There were investigations to work through and test our problem solving skills, a memory pairs game to test our times table knowledge and also our short term memory, we used new websites to help us practice for our multiplication tables check in the summer and also played Monopoly to try to consolidate some of our learning from last year. We all had lots of fun taking part in these activities and it has been really useful for us to find new ways of learning and different resources that we can use both at home and at school.

Some of the websites we were using were:
www.themathsfactor.com
www.timestables.co.uk
